1. If you already have iTunes simply click on . The tour will automatically open iTunes and download it to your “Podcast” folder.

2. If you do not have iTunes, you should “Download as a Zip” the files will download to your desktop.

• Double click the .zip file and expand it
• Select all of the files and drag them to your mp3 program (e.g. iTunes) and create a playlist
• Print the map and listen as you walk
